Mamancy Tea & Chocolate is a black female-owned business. Just as the name suggests, they sell tea and chocolates of all kinds. Looking to relax and unwind during these stressful times? Well, this is the shop for you! With carefully crafted blends of tea containing ingredients from all over the world, as well as the most delectable looking chocolates, you are sure to find something for yourself or a loved one. My mom buys from here regularly, the ‘Earl and Lady Gray’ and Mint being her personal favorite blends of tea. I also would be curious to try the chocolate-covered strawberries. They look delicious!

Flowering Jade might just have some of the prettiest floral arrangements I have ever seen. They have floral designs for just about any occasion: birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, get well soon and much more. In previous years, I’ve known people who have even picked up their corsages and boutonnieres for prom from this local florist shop. Due to the pandemic, they are taking extra precautions in making no-contact deliveries and curbside pick-ups for all their loyal customers. A best seller is the ‘Designer’s Choice,’ where the florist surprises you with a bouquet of their choice.

Kyra’s Bake Shop has to be one of my favorite bakeries here in Oregon. All their goodies are entirely gluten-free and a majority are even vegan-friendly! If you haven’t heard of them, they are only four-time winners of Cupcake Wars on the Food Network. One taste of their goodies and you will understand why. You can’t go wrong with any of their cupcakes; however, my personal favorite item from their menu is the B.L.A.T (bacon, lettuce, avocado aioli and tomato) sandwich. Yum!
