As high schoolers, we recognize the vast majority of our peers have a severe caffeine addiction, with many unable to make it through the day without a pick-me-up. Whether this is making a pit-stop at Dutch Bros before school, grabbing a Celsius from the student store or making our own caffeinated concoctions at home, our ability to function properly is dependent on our caffeine intake. 

Terra Coffee is the perfect place to hit up if you are looking to avoid the drive-through chaos of your usual coffee shop and if you’re up for trying something new! We’ve listed the items we tried with our comments below. Plus, who doesn’t love to support local small businesses? 

The Wolf staff tested out some of the menu items available at Terra Coffee and here are some of our favorites.

• Iced Matcha Green Tea Latte 9/10

With customizable sweetness, this unique matcha latte is definitely one to try. The matcha flavor is just right and is mixed in well with your choice of milk. 

• Iced Pumpkin Caramel Latte 10/10

This is the perfect way to start your day! The pumpkin flavor and traces of cinnamon and spice leave a fun zing in the back of your throat. The caramel undertones add the ideal amount of sweetness. 

• Yuzu Avocado Toast 7/10

If you’re on the hunt for a fun and fresh twist on your generic avocado toast, this is definitely the one for you. The traces of lemon make for a zesty surprise in your mouth and leave you wanting more. The bread could be a little crispier, though, as it was a little soggy in the middle. 

• Breakfast Sandwich  8/10

This breakfast sammy includes sausage, egg and cheese on a perfectly-toasted English muffin. It is a great option if you’re on the go and need something fast and not super messy. 

The atmosphere in Terra Coffee is trendy and has aesthetically-pleasing features throughout the space, making it a relaxing environment. This would be a great location to read or get some homework done.
