Spring will have sprung not when the groundhog is blinded by its own shadow, but when Jellycat releases its new spring collection! The 2025 spring Jellycat drop is long-awaited, as teasers on Instagram and TikTok have slowly revealed these adorable plushie amuseables. 

This spring, we are looking forward to additions to their food amusable selection with Amuseables Ravioli, Fleurette Tarte Aux Fraises, Collette Tarte Au Citron, Milie Mille-Feuille, Farfalle, Étienne Éclair, Brigitte Brioche, Pretzel Bag Charm, Cinnamon Bun, Cherries Bag Charm, Rene Waffle, Vicky Teapot, Fran Pancakes, Bunny Egg and Bagel. With that, stuffed dogs and bunnies are on the release, as well, with Bashful Luxe Puppy Orlando, Fuddles Calf, Yummy Mouse, Mooliet Cow and Bashful Beige Birthday Bunny. 

“I already have a few Jellycats and I am so excited for the little mouse. It is so cute! I love all of the different prints and variety they offer,” senior Dylan Yahna said.

There is no exact release date quite yet for the full collection. Their drops tend to be inconsistent, as they did an early release of some spring items featuring the Happy Raindrop and the Bartholomew Bear Bumblebee. The prices range from $22 to $50, but if you’re feeling up to it, a $110 stuffed turtle is rumored to be out as well.

Even though this brand of plushies has been around since 1999, the craze has recently arisen. They have the world hooked, as people rummage through kid stores, spending well over hundreds of dollars on stuffed animals and constantly refreshing the official online website. Though I’m already guilty of all of these things, the anticipation is becoming more intense with the new release in mind. Jellycat has not yet revealed an exact day for these, so check your local toy store in the next month or so—but remember to save some for the rest of us!
