The excitement of Prom is nearing, and students are left wondering what the theme is and where the location is this year. The Wolf decided to take matters into our own hands and interview senior Sawyer Johnson, who is running Prom this year. We asked if he could give us a preview of how the dance  might look this year. 

What should we expect the theme of this year’s Prom to be? 

“ I can’t give away too much, but lights, camera, action.” 

What venue are we using this year, and is there anything new that people should know? 

“We are [hosting]  our Prom at The Redd On Salmon this year. We used it two years ago. People seemed to enjoy it, so we’re doing it again. Prom is the same as last year – pretty standard rules.” 

What songs should we expect to hear? 

“We are putting a poll on ASB Instagram and are trying to include diversity in the playlist; we have the affinity groups to help us with that. Sometimes the DJ plays random stuff, though.”
