Cassia Tippett 10th The best thing that has happened to me in the past year is getting a new dog named Paloma!
Jasmine Masalmeh 12th The best thing that happened to me this year was making it to my 18th birthday.
Halle Meslow 11th I got to join some really cool volunteer committees and organizations!
Olivia Seits 11th Getting a bear sticker in Portland.
Mahathi Sridhar 10th I had the honor of naming Naiya’s car. Her name is Gertrude.
Sean Khanna 10th I got my first dog (Australian Labradoodle).
Emily Phuong Tran 10th I went back to Vietnam to visit my family after 4 years of living in Oregon!
Teagan Gaviola 11th 2019 feels like the year I really became comfortable with who I am. I guess the best thing that happened to me is I’m genuinely happy now 🙂
Stella Fetherston 10th I think I’ve grown a lot as a person this year. It’s refreshing to know I’ve changed.
Ella Davis 10th I embarked on writing a novella collection, which has really pushed me to grow as a writer.
Kayla Wolf 10th Not getting my top pick of classes during spring forecasting so that I ended up in Newspaper! I’ve grown a lot in writing, and am so grateful for these goofballs that are on my staff.
