During this time of year, tulip festivals become a large attraction for many, as the flowers are at their peak bloom during the spring. The festivals are a time to celebrate and appreciate the blooming of thousands of new colorful tulips. In Oregon, there is one among others that attracts the most people. It is located in Woodburn, and it is called Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm. 

At Wooden Shoe, not only are there tons of tulips to look at, but there are many things to do that make the experience more worthwhile. If you need a refreshment or snack, they have various food and drink vendors to choose from with yummy options. 

If you want to take home something, they also have over 20 craft vendors that you can go to, including the farm’s gift shop. In addition to all of this, you can also go and hand pick your own tulips to make a personal bouquet that you then pay for at the gift shop. Most importantly, there are so many photo opportunities that you can get all throughout the festival. 

The farm also offers hot air balloon rides. There are two options for the rides; they have bigger balloons that go higher up, but they also have smaller ones that don’t go up very high for those who may not like heights. Whether you’re going big or small, you will still get to see a great view of the tulips.
