Fall sports are coming to an end, and athletes are looking ahead to the postseason. Volleyball, water polo, cross country, soccer, football and cheerleading all had a great season.
Tualatin girls’ soccer goalie, sophomore Kenley Anderson, reflected on the team’s success this year.
“We are the #1 team in the state to have the least amount of goals scored on us, and overall we are having a really good and fun season,” she said.

The players agree the girls have had a tremendous season, and so has the boys’ team. Junior Miles DeGraw is a captain and goalie for boys’ varsity soccer.
“We might not have the wins we wanted in the beginning of the season, but we do have team chemistry, and all the players want to be out there, and they want to win,” he said.

Water polo is another sport at Tualatin that is difficult yet exhilarating, and our Wolves have been working hard this year. Junior Ethan Clews shared his favorite memory from the 2025 season.
“My favorite memory from this season has been our team fantasy football league and the team dinners we have,” Clews said.
Students are excited for winter sports such as basketball, but our fall athletes hope that we will recognize fall sports before moving on. Our volleyball teams this year made a lot of progress, especially in their wins against our rivals, the Tigard Tigers.
“Watching volleyball is a very entertaining sport to watch,” junior Camille Beauchemin said. “This year our teams made some massive improvements.”
The progress within the volleyball program has been exceptional, and players say this is definitely the best year volleyball has had in a long time. It has been such a fun season to watch, and we can’t wait to see what they’ll bring next year.
As fall wraps up, we can all congratulate our athletes on an impressive season. With winter around the corner, let’s get ready for some chilling performances.
